MiamiRentMatch is not a licensed real estate broker and does not represent renters or landlords in any real estate transaction.
MiamiRentMatch provides a free matching service for renters. You submit your rental parameters — budget, neighborhood, move-in timeline, and contact information — and we connect you with a licensed local agent who will present verified apartment options. The service is free for renters at all times. Agents earn a placement fee from landlords upon successful lease signing.
MiamiRentMatch does not guarantee that a suitable apartment will be found, that any specific listing will be available, or that a lease will be signed. We make reasonable efforts to connect you with agents who have relevant inventory, but availability in the Miami rental market changes rapidly and is outside our control.
All agents in the MiamiRentMatch network are independent licensed real estate professionals holding active licenses issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. These agents are not employees or contractors of MiamiRentMatch. MiamiRentMatch is not responsible for the actions, representations, or conduct of any agent. Any disputes regarding an apartment, lease, or agent conduct should be directed to the Florida DBPR.
By submitting your information on MiamiRentMatch.com you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you are genuinely seeking to rent an apartment in Miami. You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiamiRentMatch and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, your interactions with agents, or any apartment or lease agreement you enter into. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use.
